The other day an agent cold-called me (at dinnertime no less, a sure sign that they're not the most savvy) to ask if my flat is available for rent. I said "No." Then she asked if I plan to sell it. I said "No" again.

Then silence.

Finally she plucked up the courage and asked: "Ok if you're not going to rent or sell your 'unit,' what do you intend to do with it??"

I said: "I live it in. Yes - there are actually people who live in homes!" :sleepy:

congrats on buying low.... then you can sell high next time.

One more true story

The other evening another agent called (again at dinnertime) to ask the same, if I plan to rent/sell. I said "No thank you" and hung up on him.

A few moments later he actually called back to say: "Hello I'm not done yet... "

So I replied: "NOW YOU ARE" and hung up on him again What a loser.

dont b cruel la. agents hv to cold call. b polite to them n hang up.
OR buy a prepaid card n call them back at 4am!!!!

Many times they put the ads on my windscreen. After it rained followed by the sun baking it, that piece of paper would mess up on my windscreen and I would have to spent a long time scrapping it off. And they like to put it right in front of where the driver part of the windscreen. Sometimes it would end up messed up on my bonnet.

Damned vandals they are .......
