Maybe is a matter of a promise......not so much of floor matt or decal, etc etc.....

Yes, I think that's why the thread starter got pissed off - not so much the mats, but because of a broken promise.

Exactly that's my point, Wobbles.

I am not here to rant or complain, over small matters like the mats where I could have told them to get this sorted.

I am hugely disappointed with their promises and not delivering it.

Bro ColtQ2, this is not PML's fault per se, but the ¢0£k up on your sales exec part. Just make sure you give sterm feed back to the relevant persons :D

if the black BMW OEM mats were promised right from start.... 'possibly even explicitly written in sales contract'.... then by all means escalate it as high as possible.

if the sales person plays hard ball, then play harder.... make a scene.... no 2 ways about it.

however, if you receive the goods and felt shortchanged (looks, tactile feel, lack of OEM looking...etc) BUT did not make noise... then post a rant on the forum....

excuse my direct language... but thats a pushover and setting up oneself to take it up the ass for the sales person to bully.


I hope you eventually find an amicable solution

Actually we should only post unhappiness etc after avenues have been exhausted, such as if the SE refuses or denies ever promising the BMW mats...

Perhaps after some complaints to him/her, he/she eventually gives u the mat n says sorry etc, the feedback here may be entirely different n possibly praising the SE for being proactive n responsible etc

g. Oh, not forgetting, wiper washer top up of $14 + GST.

That's a real rant.

Ur F13 atas..... my wiper fluid only $6+ at PML service centre.
