I getting my e89 in a few days time

Hi people,

I just signed on the dotted line to get a e89. Just to intro myself here and will hope to meet up with you guys for "topless" nights out.

Btw, can you guys recommend me where to mod the following:

1. M3 Gear shift
2. 19' breyton rims and tires,
3. Remus exhaust with silencers( heard the droning can be quite loud hence need silencers)
4. Kw v3 coil overs
5. K&N drop in filter
6. What other poisons? I am not a speed monster, just a vain pot, hence looks are more important to me than power.

Oh anyway, how much are you guys paying for insurance? I was quoted 25xx for Tokyo marine with 55xx excess and aka 20xx with 5xx excess. Am 35, 50+5 ncd, 16 years driving experience. Civil servant. Care to share your insurance plan with me. Not sure I am flouting the rules here. If I am, apologies, administrators. c",)

Yah, I know a lot of people having breyton rims but i like the looks of it. However I am open to other suggestions. c",)

buy a sets of rims that is most suitable for your ride plus must be able to bring out the look on your car......yes certain rims maybe common but it doesnt means it looks good on your ride it may looks good on their ride ...........( example only, dont flame me )

like a rims you look at it on display, it really looks nice but after you fitted on your ride, it looks so so only..... go do some test fitment first......










take your time to MTL..............

I was contemplating SLK but was so put off by the small cabin size. I cannot move the seat back comfortably unlike Z4 which i could still manage a few inches behind. I had a Z4 3.0i in US before and love the ride. Had it for two years and enjoyed the top down feeling in cold winter nights with hot air blowing in your face. One word to describe >>> ORGASMIC!!!

Trust me, when the elements are right, it will put a smile on your face. Too bad singapore is way too hot to do this....maybe at around the wee hours on a very cold day, try driving along the expressway and if you're feeling a little cold with the wind blowing at you, turn on the blower and put it a little hot air out and feel it....... maybe this one can consider 'small cum', nothing orgasmic

Anyway one question to seek advice from the bros. can the e89 take these tires

Fronts: 19 x 8.5 ET 45 w 225/35/19 tires
Rears: 19 x 9.5 ET 50 w 255/30/19 tires

Looking at getting one of the bro's rims for my ride. Thanks.
