just wondering if the Mercedes had hit the TS would the fault be with the Audi. I am assuming that the audi is not hit. Can the audi be held responsible? would he argue that the TS should have braked instead of switching lane?

I said that to the TP after I crawled out of my ride and he ordered me to direct traffic - "Since you can stand, direct traffic lah ! And when is your tow truck coming ??"
