idrive screen keeps re-booting "BMW" ..."BMW"...."BMW"......

Upon start-up, idrive screen does the above and does not revert to the "menu" screen.....anyone can identify what's the problem? any solution? PML cannot find out what is wrong...ask me to change entire idrive.....:whatthe:

Tried reset push vol,ejectbuttons...nothing...

If I am not wrong it's something wrong with the software... the workshops will try to refresh / update the software...

Mine was not successful though and had to replace the unit.... [emoji26] [emoji26] [emoji26]

If I am not wrong it's something wrong with the software... the workshops will try to refresh / update the software...
