iGO GPS

hi all,

recently i got a new single din HU with gps. However, my gps is not able to detect any satellite. Is there anyone using a similar HU that can help me with this? I hope its not a hardware issue whereby my antenna needs to be changed. I kinda think its the software that i have. Please advise me.

Few things u have to check before conclude that hardware failure.

1. The cable connection
2. The GPS setting
3. The connector condition

Can u launch the iGo application or u totally can not get into the application?

I can load the app. But it can't get any signal.

Ohh ok, then have u check the baud rate and com port inside the iGo setting?

Haha. That's the problem. I can't find it on my HU. Unless I take the sd card and go to sys.txt

Can i know which igo version u are using? It should be somewhere inside the setting.
