IMPORTANT - All threads older than 3 months in 'The Lounge' - WILL BE DELETED

Hi all,

As part of a process to optimize our database and to keep our servers running to full efficiency, we will be pruning (i.e. deleting) threads and topics in 'The Lounge' which are older than 3 months old.

This will take place on a daily basis and we hope through this move, it will improve accessibility to the site, and overall achieve a faster and better experience for all.

If a thread has not been posted in for more than 3 months, it will be deleted.

Just to add on to what Ryan has mentioned - it's 3 months since the last post in each thread or in other words, threads that have been inactive for 3 months or older.

The US server is obviously reaching it's processing limits thus pruning is the easiest way to improve the situation. Hope this will help everyone for the time being. Those who have my MSN, feel free to msg me if you are facing issues because sometimes, we are not immediately aware that the load has spiked.
