Important things to take note of.........

BMW F30 320i pop by for an impromptu Steering Rack Repair Kit change. After sorting the rack, we found out that his front and rear rotors were WAY WAY below the minimum!

Car was fully PML serviced but i guess they missed this very important item. The front brake pads were forced to work beyond its limit, hence you could see a slight bend on the backing of the pad. The bend forces the edge to grind against the rotor. Which is very visible from far as the edge become rough and is no longer shiny.

Brakes are very important. We should all pay more attention to it!

BMW F10 520i came by for a very major repair.
As u can see from the pictures, the chain guide has already broke into pieces. We very surprise by the condition of it. All we can say is if it did not receive the require replacement... Likely the damage will be even for expensive!

All good now!

BMW F10 520i with 200,000KM clocked. We gave extra attentionwhen we saw that mileage.

If you have not replaced your chain guides, then likely u will see those broken pieces when the oil sump is removed. We spotted a big missing piece when we open up the oil filler cap. Spot it?

Usually for N20, do we need to change the timing chain, timing chain guide, oil pump chain guide and oil pump chain?
Or change timing chain guide will do?
Can PM me the price?
intending to change as mine never change before.
wanna change as a precaution measure

from what I read, only models before certain year are prone to chain guide issues.

If your Chain Guide is Orange colour, its the old one. Recommend to change. New ones are White in colour.

BMW F10 528i came in to sort out some of his oil leakage. We also took the opportunity to change his chain guide.

BMW F10 528i was towed in after the car stalled while driving. Car could not be started after stalling.

We took it step by step and found that the oil pump failed causing the chain driving the oil pump to break.
We were able to get the car into perfect health just in time for CNY. Next visit will be to fix the remaining items for another 10 years!
