Balik kampung last week, my cousin fr "Boleh Land" said whenever they encounter such an idiot - break the windscreen and engage its gear to normal then push it away. MEMANG BOLEH !!

If you intentionally block someone's car then you must not lock the door and leave the key in the igniition and $20 for the owner of the blocked car to move your vehicle.

For this case she never apologize, then she deserved to be screwed but that depends on her looks and other prevailing factors....
