"We have 5 units of 520iA, If the car is not in good condition,, we can change another one . if you can conform the price and the colour, After making payment, we will send it to inspection.

So, what he said is basically that I have to buy the car, and then they send it for inspection.
I am thinking that I should write back to them and tell them to send them some money for the inspection, and then if it passes I will confirm the purchase.
P.S. Winnercafe, your dealer still didnt send email.
