Intermittent rattle sound from the turbo.

Kindly advise, if any one faced this kind of problem before? I wonder if a turbo can be repaired and any repair shop in town?

If yours is a 116i or 216i do check out the cover for the downpipe. It's the hole that has expanded and worn out. This piece holds the turbo heat shield to vibrate and touch the turbo causing the rattling noise.
