Apple prepares to pay hundreds of millions to this company in order to sell iPhone 5 in China if iPhone 5 resembles Goophone I5 (so to speak) as China laws says who release the product first got the patent

Too bad for Apple, they have it coming, who asked them to start a manufacturing plant in China, the 'copy king' of the world. If Apple gets sued by GooPhone, serve them right.

Currently an android user, bought an iPod Touch for games and music,

I think the iOS interface is pretty sucky and restrictive (even after jailbreak.... )

May consider upgrading to iPod touch 5 if there is any though hahah

even without plant in china, china is a natural photostat machine that copy anything

last time copy and sell as A-Phone, Ai-Pad ... now even better copy and release first and block you from selling. easy few hundreds millions to sell you the IP and no need so leceh to sell copycat products

Well, it is having a plant there which enables them to do what was stated in para-2 which is direct source for copy in order to release 'exact copy' before e original does, yes no?
