I just did a power steering fluid changed a few days ago. Steering is still as heavy. It provide good feel and control through fast corner.
Those super light steering are for gu niang.

Lol, tell that to the missus. I told her that and she say she is gu niang by birth. But I love my car so she will have to live with it if she wanna drive it.

It wouldn't feel heavy anymore once u ditched the run flats n change the stock rims. These 2 weights like shit as they r damn heavy.

The fluid is red.so I am guessing it is ATF.

Fluid level is good. But I am hearing sqeaking when turning at low speed(carparks). I am guessing the fluid is moisture infused. So will drain, top up and monitor.

Confirm e90 steering is naturally heavier than typical Jap car - even after changing steering fluid, my other ride is Jap and its like night and day. How is F30 steering in comparison for Bros who have driven?

F30 is like a jipun car. I test drove my friend's F30 and it is super light steering, but nowhere as light as say a Honda Fit or Honda Accord.

OK I reprase, F30 steering feels like a Jipun car. But it is a BMW. BMW rocks! Is that better

But the steering is much lighter than my e90 I swear . The f30 steering I like it when it comes to parking but at higher speeds it seems to stiffen a bit.....

All down to personal preference. Some like it hot. Some like it cold. Some like it firm. Some like easy. All down to personal preference. As for me - hydraulics rocks.
