This is my letter to TP.
The Officer-in-charge, I am a member of the public and came across this image of a TP letter giving only a “stern warning” to a driver who got involved in an accident for driving without a valid licence as well as without insurance coverage. I believe this has gone viral on the internet and would appreciate some clarification on this matter.
By the way, the image was copied from Photobucket and the letters, “WTF” was not written by me.

How come nothing appear in the news on this? Some stupid teenager called simi hoseibo say she slapped her mum and got news coverage and even a tv talk show about teens nowadays but this TP mess up is not given any coverage???

Ok this might sound like a long shot but if the driver is a minor and below the age of 16, he/she is not chargeable. No licence to revoke, no points to deduct. And he also didn't commit a criminal offence. So just let him/her off with a stern warning?
