Jerky From Drive to Neutral - FL318

Hi I am experiencing a slight jerk when shifting from Drive to neutral and vice versa, is this common or is there a potential problem with the gearbox. I am driving a 318 FL Sports Edition. Is this problem covered by BMW 3rd year warranty ? Thanks for all advice.

yes... within three years... go before the warranty expires bro... no harm, just time only... however, from what you are saying, dont know if the jerk warrants a fault... let the pros check it...

Hi guys,

I need help as I have the same like the first writer said. My 535i F10 after 5th years.. suddently it sel-swift to neutral and cann engage to D. Send workshop seem ok.. can drive and problem come on and off so what is the issue? Workshop think "MAYBE" electronic card? That cost $5,000 to $6,000 to repair??!!!
