Re: July 2005 Boxster S Cost ???
Boxster S
- mid engine so can carry more speed thru the corners
- better steering feel as front end is fairly light
- raw and boisterious flat six engine esp when coupled with the oem sports exhaust
- tighter chassis
- lighter weight and better brakes
335 coupe
- smooth inline six engine
- tremendous torque
- more practical (rear seats)
- more refinement, less cabin noise
- turbo boost can be addictive
- cheaper to mod in terms of bhp/$
- the modding possibilities are endless!!!!
Centurion and I differ with regards to the S vs no S debate, cos $$$ permitting i'd rather stretch a bigger engine than a smaller one. Also my own personal opinion is that torquer engine of the S is just about right for negotiating town traffic in sg (with or without the tiptronic). You should have no problems winding up and stretching the 3.4L or 3.2L engine even in town. The key is getting pole position at the lights
