World Class Land wins tender for Faber Walk site - Property Auctions News, Property Investment | PropertyGuru


World Class Land has been awarded the tender for a residential site (pictured) at Faber Walk at a bid price of S$156.68 million.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) launched the tender for the 15,125.4sq m site on 15 April. The site attracted 18 bidders at the close of the tender on Tuesday with World Class Land posting the highest bid.

With a maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 21,176 sq m, the residential site is expected to yield 210 housing units.

went to ballot today, the price is actually not bad , for 4 bed room it was abt 1334psf and 3bed room was 1390psf and 2 bed room was 1400psf. But I lazy to wait for my name to be call and went back to office hahah

mostly likely it will chiong to 1600psf or more, but I couldn't buy , only can use my wife name and will get 13% stamp duty so pull out
