Front or back kena?
If back just roll fender. About S$100 ~ S$120.

After changing to these rims, do you hear louder squealing when applying brakes?

Re: Just change my rims from 17 to 19". Now at times I feel my tyre

Thks bro. Then how abt the front???
No, I dun hear any squealing sound or maybe not yet

Re: Just change my rims from 17 to 19". Now at times I feel my tyre

It rub most when bumpy road or go up hump a little to fast.

Re: Just change my rims from 17 to 19". Now at times I feel my tyre

19 inches is bad for fc. More expensive. Plus it rubbed against ur fenders.
I suggest u change back to 17 inches

Re: Just change my rims from 17 to 19". Now at times I feel my tyre

Agree. Change back to 17 for comfort and less road noise and cost savings.

Re: Just change my rims from 17 to 19". Now at times I feel my tyre

Any second best options?? Does it always end up rubbing the fenders for those on 19"???

What is your new tire profile?
if 245-35-19 front and 275-30-19 rear, you should not have any rubbing.

Re: Just change my rims from 17 to 19". Now at times I feel my tyre

Hi, maybe its good if you can share what is the spec of your rim and its offset as well as your tyre profile. If you had change with a decent tyre shop, they should not have recommend you any rims or tyre that will rub your fender. Unless you have very low offsert to make it look aggressive.

Re: Just change my rims from 17 to 19". Now at times I feel my tyre

It's original stock e60 pre lci. Am not sure of the offset but my 19" tyre is 255/40/19 for front bad 285/35/19 for rear..

Will it make a diff if I change the coilover or maybe change to a bit smaller width tyres??

Hope some bros here can sincerely help me..

Thanks n cheers

I think your tire profile is for stock M5.
Most people have rubbing issues if they fit the M5 profile to other variants of the E60
See here. E60 (550) but Front "M5" Wheels Rub - BMW Forum - BimmerWerkz.com

So I suspect your rubbing is caused by the tires. Think the front profile 40 rear 35 is suspect.
Should be 35 front 30 rear for 19 inch for E60.
Just my thots...maybe those who have the same experience b4 can chip in.

Re: Just change my rims from 17 to 19". Now at times I feel my tyre

always follows factory specs... safest

You are rubber tires when turning or on the rebound?

Bro Fantastic3,

Thks so much bro, this reply is very useful. Am having the exact same problem. Yes my spec is original M5. Changing the tyre to a little smaller should do the trick.

Thanks very much. Really appreciate bro!!
