Hard to compare, bcoz i have yet to come across a E90 323i with a BMW Perf exhaust. :errr:

Ok Bro. For your E81, we need to double check with Arqray first. Bcoz they have E82, E87 and E88 and not E81. However, given that the platform is the same, it should fit. Stay tuned, just want to be doubly-sure.
