can't help but laugh over & again on the "molester" incident...seems i need to archive this thread as "evidence" shld i need any "case" in future... jokes aside, i had being reading a bit more on some other bros' "field report" abt their ownership till date which seems many are horror stories eg error codes while driving upslope/ at junctions, needing major parts replacement when the car is almost new, etc..i'm getting worried ...any comments?

Don't worry too much. F30 is a very good car to drive. Engine is responsive and ride is comfortable a bit on the soft side. Only problem I have is the sound insulation, wind noise is evident at speed higher than 90km/hr.

But everyone in this forum should agree that we still love our ride.

Agree with all the bros here, it's still a great ride despite some hiccups : )

Wind noise is an issue so hopefully in time to come we get a fix from the AD

Other common fault is the FEM unit lor, u'll know when yrs up lorry when the wipers go bonkers!

Nope if u buy the done up model, but if u buy the aftermarket parts then its diff, simple as that

Nothing to worry, take it as it comes, relax and whack the car, run in faster then hit top speed to try the wind noise, if any

Its not a full done up M Performance ride so u take it as it is. Notice the muffler, suspension, bodykit etc remains oem.

Even the M Sports later might not be a full model unless PML kit one up fully to sell, which makes sense for anyone who already wanna mod but saves real cash and throw such into the loan, thats if u wanna finance it (If dun wanna finance it, prob its not worth it cos u incur higher depre and a premium price, w/o the oem parts, u have to sell the car as it is later or choose to sell with swap hahahhaa)

M sports suspension is quite good... But if i could turn back time, I would have gone straight for the adaptive ones for my 328... And if i could turn back time, I would have bite the bullet and gone for the 335 instead...
6 cylinders is always much smoother and balanced than 4....
