Isn't ordering from amazon is cheaper now?
Before I shift to bmw I ordered a esso gold for my previous car. Much cheaper coz there's no shipping fee to singapore now mah.

Waiting time ard 5 days.

Yes LL01/04 is the standard we need for the new generation turbo engines.
Giant is offering Shell Helix at half price! Like $49.99 per 5 litre! Great deal.

There's a website The Car Maintenance Bibles which carry a detailed article on engine oil. Check on it.
Seems synthetic oil has shelf life of 3 years only...
BMW recommends Castrol and that's a good reference.
