Speedo partially blocked. Specifically, from 0 to 60 km/h zone. I came to realise I hardly look at the speedo at those range anyways.

Tacho is not blocked at all.

Heh heh, that's not me. I was having dinner at St George's corner coffee shop, facing Serangoon road. Eat half-way, saw your car, so stand up and look at the number plate.
My E46 is parked in the small lane where the 7-11 is, right after St. George. You must be avoiding ERP huh?
