Key low batt

Hi is there anyway to change batt for 3 series non comfort access key? It's low batt now, or just insert it into the ignition until the low batt indicator is gone?

If I'm not mistaken, when you insert the key into the ignition, it will charge up the battery since its a rechargable battery.

Don't think fob battery is rechargeable, need to replace if weak. But can still start car if battery weak...see this...2014 New Key Fob Coding (w/ Comfort Access)
