drives like the Gallardo still. character still there. but the dbl clutch makes the car v smooth. if u think the 458 has a great dbl clutch...this is even better. everything newer generation I guess. car weight feels v light. eager on its toes. u can see they make an effort to lighten the car up without going the full monty like the special types. inside still very lambo...dark n not as luxurious looking as F cars.
visibility still terrible. the rear view is even worse now. current cars only hv the plastic slats. they hv production problems with glass see thru engine panels cos of horrible reflective glare apparently. so no cars will come with it till later. n yes u can retrofit with local agent free if u order with it.
engine wise the way it climbs...still like the old car. im not surprise. compression ratio is the same. looks to me like a rework of the old engine. shows it as a very tough and flexible engine. personally I woulf hv preferred a newer engine with high compression.
sounds the same as the gallardos as well. but bcos of the gearing n clutch...the throttle response is instant n very snappy.
the gearbox is everything now in this car...transformed the character into something more eager and angry....
CCB brakes r excellent...as good as anything out there...easy to modulate from top. altho, for most people who right foot brake...the pedals r still v offset to the left.
good that the car hasn't gone soft. its a very familiar feel once u sit in it.
but I wudnt buy it....
1. no money
2. really wud hv preferred to see them do a completely new engine.
3. I love wings...n there r none
