what type of licence plate u using? got pic?
anyway, i can only think of 2 possibilities for mscp.
1) either Cisco sibei on or got added bonus for reporting
2) u got some pesky ppl watching u....they jealous of your plate

You might be surprised that the summon actually came from someone that is red eyed in your neighbourhood.
I have overheard in my MSCP some residents talking about how a particular car has a loud exhuast or some fancy aesthetic mod and how they are going to take action by taking photographs and sending to the relevant authorities to summon the car owner.
From my understanding, LTA officers usually do NOT go to carparks to summon people, most of the time is they have received complaints about a particular vehicle and where the vehicle usually parks for the night. Then the law enforcers will take action.
One of my friends encountered this before. He turned out to main road, LTA waiting by road side, saw him coming and stopped him and summoned him.
No choice la, some ppl are just red eye.....

got one night i stay over at my gf hse .. parked my car at a HDB MSCP.. i parked my car at the highest level cus its linked to her block.. Level 6.. the next morning... the whole car park only my car got summon... what worst was her brother told me he park at level 3.. no summon. @#%@$%@

Call me conservative but why all these fancy number plates? A number plate is a number plate is a number plate.... Change also no orgasm, unlike exhaust or intake gives you high. Ok, I don't like fancy number plates. Lucky car was not towed away!

8am go catch, got to say really impressive.
No standard,go till car park. Next time ask them stand outside work shop la.
