Long cranking during cold start/ restart after engine cooled for > 1 hour

My f20 116i had this problem(not shown on idrive) since 2013 and both Munich and Pml are not able to solve it even when I show the problems on video capturing the long cranking sound. Took my car and left it with reputable workshop today and again they cannot solve the problem as well... Did a search on Google and result show that it could be hpfp, injectors, coil packs, spark plugs or motor starters...

Munich had replaced/cleaned the intake and exhaust solenoid but the problem still surfaced.... For pml the problem is not a problem...

Our local agent can only fix problems based drivetrain errors only... Anything more, they are not capable of fixing it unfortunately...
Any bros can advise me what to do next?

Yeah. Absolutely correct.... Sometimes could take up to 5 seconds to start....

Battery had been replaced... It's 2 years 10 months old now....

Maybe I can list down what had been changed thus far;

1. Battery
2. Spark plugs
3. Replaced intake cam solenoid(vanos)
4. Replaced exhaust cam solenoid(vanos)
5. Cleaned maf sensor at airbox.

If you like - bring the ride over - looks like an interesting case ...... Extra tough since it happens only when cold which means there is only a small window of time to look at the data.

And after I drive, stop for 1 hour and restart. When I restart, might get the long cranking as well.
