I'm just wondering how to maintain that 1 finger front n 1/2 finger rear? If we carry 3 ppl the back or we do some hard driving the tires will be rubbing against the body or fenders???

It's happening to me now....

How to solve it??

try rolling your fending then..........

roll fender. rubbing is due to wheel offset and width that try to flush with the fender.
i have tried 5 adults with 2 luggages at the boot. the fender cover the tyre tiny bit. no rubbing at all.
this means if your tyre is inside the fender = no rubbing
