I have the following used items for sale for e46 m3,
1. Brembo front n rear kit complete with pads, lines and rotors. $6k
2. Ground Control Coilover. $1800
3. Hamann Authentic rear diffusor $500
4. Oem CSL cf console $1000
5. Oem m3 manual 6 speed illuminated gear knob. $80
6. Oem M3 mirror 12 pin non auto folding without glass. $600
7. Oem oval shape rear view mirror with red clown nose , autodimming. $600
Will list more items once i get a chance to clear my storeroom.

Non that you looking for. Only cf stuff are the oem console, rear csl diffusor and front Vorsteiner spliters for oem bumper.
