Read from Bimmerpost that a whole bunch of 2013 M5 and M6 are affected by this recall order....

thats y if its a brand new model, better dont buy frm PI coz high chance got problem. Better wait 1-2yrs then buy PI after most problems fixed. In d case of turbo HPFP i thk they never fixed it lol...

Depends on the dealer I suppose. Back when I had a few cars through PI (cos they weren't available thru authorized dealer) they were quite helpful in securing the recall parts. Might also be a legal requirement as stipulated by LTA although I'm not sure if enforcement is strict these days.

Seems slightly louder now, which is nice M6 steering project underway, but pending some cabling stuff. Will share more when it's all done.
