volkswagen jetta margin only 15k.
lta omv for 316 is 34k.
316 got 10k cev rebate leh.
i think 125k can get already.

The 70% rule was removed when the economy 10 years ago was affecting many people in the car industry.

But it should have been put back in place when the economy recovered many years ago.

Instead, no one did anything and in the end COE remained low, dealers earn a lot, and the road gets too congested. In Singapore where land is scarce, cars should be a luxury item. But what we see is that BMW being the number one seller in Singapore last year. All due to 100% loan 10 years tenure issue.
