Great find, this site.

Especially love the 318ti with the "Mugen" sticker on its side.

If only there was a matching "Nismo" sticker on the other side of the car.

in the US BMWs are usually modded almost as much as Honda EG. From what i've seen anyway on the west coast.

not bad, not bad....the only other kinda mod job i saw was the counterfeit ferraris they do in the philippines.....the older type.
but to use civic for 5 series is damn obvious lah....civic n 5er size diff so big.
they should have used the chevrolet car....they have this version similar to the 5 series

Just wondering...

What was this web site owner's intentions / objectives in hosting / maintaining this site.
Were pictures contributed or he took the trouble to travel around, armed with a camera scouting these pics ?
Who is he to qualify how others' BMWs should look like and even post verdicts?
Must all our beloved brand ride be conformed to a those pricey body kits commonly associated inorder to be accepted by the BMW communities?
Isn't this is as good as mocking someone who was either born ugly or became ugly due to some mishaps ?
What if someone turns up at our monthly meetups with something similiar done to his ride, he's going to be shunned ?
Ever seriously take a closer look at group photo shots taken of our rides assembled together ?
Other than our license plates identities, where else do we differ much from each other in terms of how we dress our rides, body-kits and added after-market stuff ?
YOU DARE TO BE DIFFERENT ? GUESS NOT...cos, instinctively. we just want to be accepted and belong. Why stick out and be the "freak" among the beauties ?
And last but not least, do I have the right to laugh at them or what they have done ?

Just wondering...with my 2 cents worth.

( BTW, I truly salute owners of these "fugly" rides...at least they respected and listen to their heart , took the trouble to mod n satisfy their desire, dare to try and be different regardless how others will look at them as they proudly parade their rides. Wish I had their guts....... )

yeah but over the top is still over the top. There's taste and there's tasteless. There's no distinct, definite line drawn between the 2, but the rule of thumb is if most ppl look at your car and laugh, that'll be it. Just like people who tatoo and put rings all over every surface area of their face. It's what they dare to do and what they want to do to define their lives, and nobody can criticise what they wanna do with their own face, but we'll take a double look anyways.
