In NS days, we wore green beret for infantry and the Australian airborne wore Red beret and they came to do joint exercise.
One company fall in at the parade square to welcome them and when the Australians marched in, the Sg officer said "wah lau all commandos..siao liao" while the Australian liaison officer said "damn it, they never told us we were training with the Green Berets!"
