Well done Marcus! Cool!:)

I was there a few days ago to ask about doing up my interior too, they advised against it, as I think their concern was with the joint lines. Will have to look at yours in person when free to see how it can be done!

Shhhhhhhhhh.... my face is splashed on my site u know!!!!!!!!

Anyway just did the tougher trims for the GTI... easier than my E92. But if hard part for GTI is over, then the rest is easy peasy... i think i put more effort in this (u know y:nehnehhh: ) so looks better than mine

Maybe the GTI doesn't have the Start/Stop button and all those funny corners that the E92 has?

The GTI looks naked today... :nehnehhh:

Re: My DIY dry CF trims

Did the GTI... learned more new stuff along the way..
Plus it was easier to work on than the E92.... outcome was near perfect... am very happy with my handiwork :)

Re: My DIY dry CF trims

The clear coat would probably give it the glossy look which is not my cuppa. I love the finishing of the dry CF. Excellent finish and wonderful piece of DIY work. I wonder whose car that is...
