Just want to share my recent E90 conversion from PFL to LCI

Items that i have changed:

1) LCI Bonnet
2) LCI Front Bumper
3) LCI Rear Boot
4) LCI Rear inner and outer Tail Lights
5) LCI Front Grille

u need lci headlight to complete the look
and go to fong kim to cut and weld a twin tips exhaust
lci stock look ftw !

lci headlight (bmw original) costs about $3k if you do it outside (not PML/MA)

Nice mod! and you're right, you need to change the light ECU at you footwell, plus (maybe, depending on your ECU version vs footwell ECU version) some program update to ECU. A little troublesome cos it comes with leveling sensors that's installed near the dampers.

LCI = "Life Cycle Impulse", "mid-cycle refresh/facelift". if yours is an LCI, it came around with the 2009 model year.
What's different: Neater tail lights, more aggressive hood with "ripples" , kidney grills got smaller, lost the "big fat nostrils" look and no longer integrated with the hood.
