If possible to squeeze good torque & power, between 4k-18k RPM, than its NA without a doubt.
Without such a balanced setup, a twin turbo setup is certainly sweeter for general enthusiasts!

if only got such engine with above characteristic...

In Singapore, Forced Inducted sounds more logical. Pay lesser road tax with equal or better pwr output that of big CC NA engine. And with advance technology, turbo lag is negligible with linear power range.
