need help e60 (2009) belt issues

engine area clicking sound
steering well makes a sound too when slow turning..



any idea whats wrong? and how much to repair?

read online somewhere and saw some videos, could it be a bad tensioner that will cause both of the symptoms above?

newbie here please advise
