Need Help identifying Merc Fender Grille

Hi all,

The Merc forum is practically inactive and i'm trying my luck to see if any car experts here may be able to help identify the attached CLS fender grille.

The source of the picture is from a jap mag AF IMP (Auto Fashion Import) #9 (Sep 08) and my colleague wants to order it but after trawling the internet for hours, we've been unsuccessful.

Unfortunately, the article's all in jap and the website attached is actually for the interior that was featured (isme.co.jp). That website's not very useful as well.

So it'll be great if someone here is able to identify this very unique fender grille or point me in the right direction to buy it.
