Judging from the past selling price of the e46s, I won't be surprised if the 325i asking for $185k and the 330i for $215k. Sigh!!!

PI thru' BMW Asia and save lot of $$$$ to add this and add that in the later state and still got lot of spare cash lor.... :laughlik:

Group buy?

I think the kit spoils the nice curves. Mebbe Breyton can do a betta job. Let's see. :)

T6,

yep. they are asking for 182.5K for 325...

and that is for bare bone basics only (lukily this price include I Drive)

just came back from the E90. the floating angel is indeed very nice. but everything else is an option on the 525! from dakota sports seats to the i-drive to the shades to xenons...in my opinion...the car is no big deal wifout all these...no big step up from the E46 in the interiors. look wise its sharper looking...i m sure the new magnesium engine will b a great drive....

i wudnt buy it...the 5s definitely a better option to go for.... even if u hv to get a smaller engine.

i feel that the step up from e46 is just not there in the interior dept.

Hi guys,

This is my maiden post.

I went for the launch last Saturday, and managed to get a test drive on the E90. We cld only do one round around the short stretch of Nicoll Highway (from One Fullerton, and then you do a left turn back to the Padang)

Agree with totoseow - the interior is not such a great leap. The steering wheel feels a tad plasticky.

But good news is that chrome trims/shark fin antennas are standard. ICE still as bad as ever.

The test drive car is a 320. The 4 pot 2 litre valvetronic engine. It sounds nice (certainly better than the E46 1.8 l one), but 150 hp just can't hack it for me.

The stock suspension seems a bit stiffer than E46.

Steering - not very communicative. Only managed to push hard at the traffic light leading into Nicoll Highway. It took a wider arc than it should.

The bigger-engine variants shld be coming in April - hopefully that'll address the lack of grunt.

Anyway, in case you're wondering who I am, I used to have a 523 E39, and now driving an Audi A4 1.8T souped up (by MTM) to 320 Nm, 205 hp. Maybe that's why I'm feeling the lack of grunt.

Hi Nizam,

Nice to see u posting here. I saw the e90 on Fri 25th. No need whatever invitatation as place was quite dead and literally juz walked in. There were more sales staff than visitors.

Didn't get to test drive but I thot the car looked pretty good proportionally though I was hoping for more aggressive looking rear lites cluster aka e60 type. Interior design wise, I prefer it over the e60 which leans too much to the executive side for me.

I really llike the interior space and rear boot space. I am pretty sure the car will sell very well.
