Is it just me or does anyone else feels that the new forum look n feel is not exactly comfortable to the eyes. Too much dimly coloured blue text making it hard to read and also not easy to differentiate between the read/unread threads.

Could you take a screenshot and highlight it to me? If it's something we can fix - we'll do an update.

Just darkened some of the text link colors. Should be more defined than before.

Apart from that - unread threads are bolded in their link titles.

Ryan, how about enlarging the font size of the thread title?

No, in the thread listing as per the image u posted above. The font size used by the thread title is too similar to the "started by xxx". Also, the attention is hogged by the folder icons and they aren't really clickable, so kinda waste of prime real estate.

M5 board's icon is nicely smaller and neater.

The addition of those "Interesting" icon also messes up the neat layout.

Some more advice:

- the word "Started by"... is redundant and adds unnecessary clutter
- simply having the nick of the thread starter should suffice. The date and time of thread start does not really have to be displayed here
- underline the thread title
- Refer to M5board forum. It is a paragon of neatness

Can you also enlarge the icon that brings you to the first unread post beside the thread title (left of thread title)? The one with the 2 downwards pointing arrows. Thanks!
