Hi Guys,

I'm new to the community... just got a 07 320i off a dealer. Upgraded from a korean car.

anything I should take note (even though its a bit too late to know) or any tips to increase fuel economy? Used to do 10km/l which I thought was quite bad.. apparently I saw some guys post 7km/l for a 320i. I haven't tested mine as I just got it today... just pumped my first full tank.

320i is an awesome car, hahaha, because i'm driving one too^^

oh, and every part of the engine tends to leak, so take it as the new norm! hahaha (enjoy your repair bills!)

maybe ecu upgrades saves fuel economy? haven't tried that though

Welcome to the club =) To be frank, there's quite a lot of things to do to improve FC but is it worth the effort when you are not buying this car because of the fantastic FC? =)

The most effective way is to be soft footed in moving off and driving. But then where's the fun? haha

Enjoy it, because it doesn't take much to enjoy a nice car =)

Happy saturday!

Dealer probably told you servicing included...don't believe him. Send your car
to one of our site sponsors and do a thorough service to find any fault
If serious, utilize lemon law. If nothing abnormal, sleep well.
Do fast before CNY.
Good luck with your new ride

Better send your car to one of our site sponsors to have a thorough check for preowned car.

Cheers.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys... still trying to navigate through the forum... where do I get the site sponsor shops? May consider just doing a service and a check before the lemon law is up....

=)

There are several, or if you are brave enough, you can go to our neighbor and do there too!

Re: New here, Just bought a 320i

This kinda sucks, its my 2nd day with the car and already there's a bump on the car. =( some irresponsible driver bumped my car in the carpark and left without a trace. Now my driver side headlight has a crack and because it's been raining you can see the vapour inside. There's also a bump into my bumper.

 Any guys have a lobang? after blowing so much on the car I don't really intend to spend more fixing up something that is uncalled for.

Next question is where's the best place to get an in-car cam?

Welcome to the community. Sad to hear ur ride got a bump on 2nd day :(

Sorry I can't advise, don't have a good lobang but u can check with Bernard at BVO.

IMHO, it is not e best place to set an in-car cam but rather which in-car cam entice u, then go to place to get.

Have a good weekend.
