It depends on the state of tune and pricing.
If its being marketed as a 528 with 245 HP/350 Nm, with the 523 (with the 2.5l N52) being retained, one has to look at the premium over the 523 to determine whether its value for money. There is currently a big gap between the 523 and 535, which the 528 can slot into.
If it is detuned and replaces the 523 with a slight premium, then it might really be worth waiting for. COE premiums appear to have stabilised (until the next quota revision, that is) and waiting till Q3/Q4 is unlikely to result in the massive jump that occurred when the F10 was first launched.
The current 523 can feel underpowered at times (but having the SAT helps) so the N20 with its superior torque will definitely be an improvement. Don't think that it will be as smooth as the N52 though. In time, perhaps.
