Coe is for the car. Seems like not enough.

why not mplement a COD - certificate of driving where a driver needs to deposit 10k with the garment.

Then when you speed they can deduct from there. When deducted - please top up. If don't top up then get a fine deduct more from there.

This will tie in nicely with ErpII.


Any scholar reading this ? Try leh ... Maybe can get promoted.

What for put more speed camera ? Small money there ....

saw 2 TP at the opposite sites of Upper Thomson Road for 3 days and dunno what they are doing.... thought of some convoy moving or somehow.... the decoration of the boxes are slick though, anyone knows where to buy those orange strips???
