New Suspension E46 318i

Hiya guys i've been hunting around for new suspension for some time now and finally took the plunge.

Many thanks to the advice from from the guys on the forum. I was toying with the idea of coilovers initially but in the end decided to get the Koni FSD and Eibach Pro kit combo for my E46 318i.

Front Wheel off !! Lookie at the old faithful still going but.....

Removed from the body !!

No prizes for guessing whats missing there !

Spring compressor at work stand wayyy back .....

Safley removed !

Had to reuse the old bump stops as the KONI FSD didnt come with new ones.

New absorber/spring hooked up !

Dry fit everything looking good so far

Wheel back on ! Fronts are DONE !

Time for the rears !

New absorbers n springs loaded man that was fast.

Something missing here ?

Finally done !

After all that we had the car sent down to the nearby wheel alingment shop to have it done nicely, after all if you're gonna do something make sure its done right yea ?



Whew expensive month but definatly worth it, the car now handles beautifuly in the corners and is confortable over the rough stuff. Many thanks to the guys down at FONG KIM for doing the install and even some troubleshooting after everything was done and over with !

c3po, i think rssid one's aftermarket before his change..
i have i full set of suspension out from 04 sports ed, u might wish to consider?
