New to BMW ownership

Hello Everyone, I'm new to BMW ownership. I recently bought a used E90 323i. Apart from the wonderful drive, a few technical problems have cropt up.

1. Transmission jerk upon coming to a halt - had to get a tranny specialist to rebuild the valve body and replace the solenoids. Although there's no more jerk, shifts are not smooth as per normal. Basically I tried my friend's LCI and it felt far smoother.

2. Valve cover gasket was leaking. Got that replaced without much hassle.

3. Recent problem, rear differential emitting whining noise. Awaiting a quote from a sponsor workshop to get it rebuild.

4. Absorbers seems to not soak up bumps so well now. I'm at around 90k mileage now, so probably time to replace.

5. Front suspension bushing worn and needs to be replaced. Awaiting quote as well.

Been driving my car for 4 months now, and basically had problems after problems. Hope this gets better after my next round of repairs. Fingers crossed !
