Hi all. New to this forum. Getting a 1996 e36 316. Any things I should checkout for when getting this car?

Hi and welcome aboard.

Do a search of the forum threads, wealth of info here.

Nonetheless, do fix with the dealer to bring your ride in to one of our site sponsor workshops for a full inspection. This will catch major issues which you would otherwise have to spend money to rectify later.

I once owned a 318IS and it's a fantastic car ! Drove till hit 320k mileage !

E36.. Solid car, reversed into carpark pillar, pillar chipped, car ok..

Car sweep slip road no need brake.. Superb road holding.

Nice, I used to own a black '96 e36 316 too...

For parts, u can try Eng Soon, Goldenlink Auto or Propel.

me too but not so new as yours.......( 1992 318i sedan and 1993 318is coupe )

just check with u guys, a 316 front lip n a 318 front lip are they the same?
