1. she somebody's mistress
2. she got sugar daddy
3. she sells char kway teow/chicken rice/her "assets" that's why can afford nice car

There's a lady living at my condo who drives a 645ci. I think she's a EVP of one of the local banks....her not quite so successful husband drives a Camry

On weekends, her barely out of teenage son gets to drive the 645......wah lau I see already damn jealous man

Hmm, maybe I'll ask her to come for the meetups
