Hilarious lah! He is a TRUE PERV and expresses so well in Singlish. Decades after this, Gary Ng will be remembered for his literary contributions to the Singlish language in the same way as Erica Jong is to English.
[note: I am writing all this not because of the prawn aspect, but the linguistic aspect. Gary's Singlish is extremely consistent, only that I do not agree with his word `want' (context: he is very stupid want (one) )
I would suggest the use of the word `wun' which is readily accepted language in HWZ EDMW. There's less confusion with WANT and ONE.
Otherwise, his Singlish is exemplary. ]

OT - yes it is, but since there're no more contributions for NNB stuff this keeps the thread alive unless the mods take this whole chunk and chuck it to another thread titled `The Marvellous Gary Ng, Pride of Singapore'.
The difficulty you have - that's because you aren't used to the way some chinese-singaporeans people speak when they are without another person of another culture whom they respect around.joshdway;426065 said:
