No able to unsubscribe from newsletter

Not a regular visitor, but I've started receiving newsletter recently in my mailbox, and unsubscribed quite a few times through the link each time I receive a new mail. However, I keep on receiving them. Can the site admin look into this and fix the unsubscribe feature?

mate, u need to go to control panel and there u will see all the threads u ever posted on. u can unsubscribe the thread from there

u can check out anytime u like....but u can never leave.....

It is not about unsubscribing from threads. It is direct emails from the site. The most recent one is "Exclusive Invitation to the World's First BMW M Showroom".

Interested to go, but I'm out of the country.

The unsubscribe link on this one doesn't go anywhere. Sometimes it goes to a web form, but unsubscribing doesn't do anything.
