Thank you very much for the great service rendered to my lady friend who drove her Black VW Jetta down on last Thursday for the polishing package.

She like me to thank you guys on her behalf as it was a last minute thing and yet both of you have tried your best to accommodate her request. ^-^

She was mentioning that she will most likely to get VW to touch up the paint job when she return for her servicing at VW.

Still, she is happy to get her car taken care by Revol, only regret she has was she should have get the package from Revol much much earlier..... >.<

Well, still not too late for her.... she will be arranging for her next polishing session with Revol soon.

Well, in my humble opinion, when you need someone's help or assistance, be it within his/her job scope or not, it is always good to request in a polite manner and humble tone...usually, people will try their best to accommodate or even try to provide alternatives...

If, not sure about is there any special pricing or whatever, ask in a nice way and I believed majority of the members would also try to feed with additional info... Definitely, not finger pointing to anyone but it is usually "you treat me nice and I will treat you nice; you treat me nasty and you will get what you asked for..." kind of theory...

Of course, there would be times when it may not work la...lol, then plan B lor....find someone else who could provide you the similar product or service!!
