Then you buy the NEEZ. Sure faster than other normal stock cayman.
it's not for the Cayman. The Cayman will remain 17. There's a track car which me and my (blood) brother are now fantasizing about. Trying out various combos.

Re: O.Z. Ultraleggera

Wah, in that case, I'm the slowest 335i with my set of 3-piece rims....

Btw, saw 2 E92 335i on the road today... FINALLY! Both black... BAH, boring! :)

You reckon that would help?

Oh yes, big time
For 8J , u max out ard 235 tires and that's not that optimal too as the tires will be too squashed in => floaty feel esp if tirewalls are soft.

Your car can take in a max of +35 offsets on 8.5J in the front, that is a significant reduction in the inner clearance as the wheels are pushed out to flush with the fender

So if u increase the positivity from +35 to +40 and increase the width from 8.5in to 9in
U are only extending the the outer clearance by 1mm and your inner clearance is reduced by about 11mm. In other words, the set up feels almost like stock but with the benefit of wider grip in the front.

Power ah..

U know when I ordered my Volk RE, front 8.5 +35, I wanted to change to 9J +40 but was too late as the rim arrived alot sooner than expected.

Coz you don't track. Besides, DPE doesnt come in half sizes.
If they do, of course will naturally advise you to get 8.5J at least.
